Good morning and welcome back from holidays.
We’ve conceived a new initiative to get back on track, and today I’m talking about it to see who might be interested.
Last week I was on the phone with a customer, who exposed a concept that I found deep and interesting: most companies, he told me, learn to do things for “successive approximations”.
They try to do something in a certain way, they make mistakes, they correct it, then they try something else, they make other mistakes, they correct, and so on.
If I think about it, that’s how I built my business for so many years.
Until I found a better way.
