…how would your day be?
… and how would you organize your work? Would you do the same thing as you do now? What would you change?
How would you organize your marketing, the way to find new customers, your sales process?
How would you train your salespeople? What would you make them say when they are in front of the customer?
But wait a minute: what does it mean “if income was not a problem”? When would income no longer be a problem? What kind of income are we talking about?
Everyone has their own parameters for their business.
What is the income level that, if earned every month, would make you proud and happy, and would make you sleep tight forever? From what monthly figure could you say that “income is no longer a problem”?
Set the figure.
For now, don’t think about HOW to reach that: it doesn’t matter HOW it arrives, FROM WHERE, etc. We are doing an exercise and you just have to imagine that the turnover somehow arrives every month and is such a big income that you can affirm that “that’s no longer a problem”.
So, what is this figure?
Okay, very well. Write it down or keep it in mind.
Now I ask you:
What’s stopping you from achieving this income?
Why haven’t you got there yet? Or why do you only get there once in a while? Or why did you get there but then it decreased, and you were not able to go back on top? What’s stopping you?
Here things become more difficult: it is difficult to give answers.
