- Object that captures attention and stimulates to open the email
- Introduction where you say what you will talk about in the email
- Body of the email where you develop the content of the email
- Closing of the email where you summarize and/or draw conclusions
- Personal greetings and kisses (“Cordial greetings, Mario Rossi”)
- Contact details (link to website and/or telephone)
- Links to unsubscribe
